Bookings and Cancellations.

The Audition Room may issue you with an estimate based on your requirements and place a provisional hold on the requested studio, awaiting your confirmation. At any time while you have a provisional hold on a studio, we may issue a 'push to confirm'. From that time, you have 24 hours to confirm the booking. We may cancel your booking and release it to another customer if you do not confirm during this 24 hour period.

Once confirmed, full payment is required 48 hours before booking commencement.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees may apply:
(a) For cancellations within 1 Business Day of the commencement of your booking: 50% of your confirmed fees.
(b) For cancellations within 2 Business Days of the commencement of your booking: 25% of your confirmed fees.
We may agree to waive cancellation fees if we are able to fully rebook the studio (or at our discretion).

Additional fees may be incurred if you take longer than your specified time in a studio or require additional services.
Following the completion of your booking, we will issue an invoice for all additional fees incurred.


The studios are to be left in the same condition as provided. If you leave a studio in an excessively dirty condition (as determined by us), an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Studio furniture and equipment can be re-arranged (with our permission) to suit your specific needs but is to be returned to its original state at the conclusion of the booking. Any damage incurred will be charged accordingly.​

The Audition Room will not under any circumstances be liable to you or any other person or entity related to or associated with you for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, costs, damages or expenses of any nature including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of property, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the engagement of our services.​
